Plus you will stop focusing on all of your worries and shift your focus to everything around you. So just step outside for some fresh air! You may start feeling better.

Whether it is a Caribbean vacation or just a trip to your favorite burger joint after work, it is important to have something you are excited about to anticipate to take your mind off of the stresses. One major cause of stress is s lack of time to get everything done. In an instant, you can feel overwhelmed by all of the stress you are facing. That’s ok. Take a step back to calm yourself down. Find some place quiet to close your eyes and envision something pleasing to you. Once you find your happy place, your body will actually produce less of the stress hormone. Just find something that is comforting to you. It will help you overcome the feeling of impending stress.
